Earlier this week, Miley headed to lunch with her mom, Tish in Los Angeles. It didn't take too long for a small crowd of photographers to assemble outside the casual eatery, including one guy who decided it'd be a good idea to dodge between cars for a Miley photo, nearly clocking Tish in the head on his sprint.
Miley was quick to defend her mom, yelling, "Are you serious? You just hit my mom with your camera," adding, "Don't you ever do that again—you just almost hurt my mom. Don't you even think about it."
