The long version of the first trailer from Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Pt. 1 hit the Web today, and child birth never looked so grim. In the space of two-and-half minutes, Stewart goes from beautiful bride to sallow, sick and pregnant, to ominous off-screen screaming as the trailer fades to black.
